Country Manager to Expand Business in Finland
To succeed in this position we expect you to have:
- A couple of years of working experience in B2B sales and new customer acquisition
- Ambitious, proactive and result oriented mindset
- A hands-on personality and an ability to lead by example
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in oral and written Finnish and English
- Experience and passion for different software´s
- Experience in SaaS or / and HR would be an asset
- Deep understanding of customer processes and needs and willingness to run the extra mile for them
- Ability to recruit and manage sales team
